We collect your Google account email, name, and profile photo when you sign in. We store leads you upload, email metadata processed by InboxOS, WhatsApp message summaries, and call transcripts — all scoped to your workspace.
Your data is used solely to operate VAYU OS features: AI outreach, inbox management, WhatsApp qualification, and voice calls. We do not sell, share, or use your data to train AI models.
If you connect Gmail, we request read and send access to classify and auto-reply to emails. Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored in our database. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings or VAYU OS dashboard.
Your data is retained for the duration of your account. After account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
